Conference and expo coverage in Lisbon
If you exhibit or sponsor at a show in Lisbon, the stand and the flights are paid for before the doors open. The coverage has to show that money at work: photos your marketing team can post while the show is still running, and video that stays useful after the halls close.
Event Content Lab is a photo and video team for B2B companies at conferences, expos and corporate events. Our recent work is mostly at iGaming, affiliate marketing and fintech shows. In Lisbon, that has meant SBC Summit.
At an expo we shoot the stand, the meetings at it, interviews for video and the evening events around the show.
Where we have shot in Lisbon
Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL). SBC Summit 2024 ran at FIL from 24 to 26 September. For Betby we came in on 22 September, while the stand was still going up, and stayed until the last meeting. Photos went to Betby during each expo day. Each day’s Reel was edited on site and went live the next morning. At the same show we filmed recap videos for M88 Mansion and Key Affiliates, and in September 2025 we were back at FIL to film Greentube and Payneteasy.
Estádio da Luz. On 23 September 2024, the day before the show opened, Betby sponsored the SBC Football Championship. We filmed for 5 hours and cut the footage into one championship film. At the stadium the photos cover the squad on the empty stadium pitch, the Betby logo on the stadium screen, the awards ceremony in the lounge with Nuno Gomes and Pierre Pulis, Betby’s CMO, and the afterparty. The match itself was played at the Benfica training ground, and we covered that too. A sponsorship shoot has a different job from a stand: the brand has to be in the frames that matter, from the logo on the stadium screen to the CMO at the awards.
The whole Betby job in Lisbon came to 936 edited photos, 6 videos (2 horizontal, 4 vertical Reels) and 15 hours on site. The full story, with the photos and Reels, is in the Betby case study. Photo and video in one booking
Every package includes photo and video, so you brief one team instead of two. Different people shoot each. While the videographer films an interview, the photographer keeps working the stand, and a meeting does not go unrecorded because the only camera was busy somewhere else.
Standard and One day add Reels, interviews and raw footage. Reels can be cut during the show if we agree the script and audio track in advance.

How the files arrive
Photos go to a personal online gallery. Download them in full resolution or web size, or save favourites to a folder linked to your email. We keep the gallery for at least a year. If your conference runs an app, we can upload fresh photos into it in web format.
Raw video footage can go onto your external hard drive the same day. The drive needs at least 1 TB. Edited videos come as a Google Drive link within 3 days of shooting, and you need to download them within 2 weeks.
We aim to deliver photos on the day of the event. That works when these conditions hold:
- we have a seated place during the event
- we do not need to cover more than one scene at the same time
- the event ends by 8 PM
- there is a fast internet connection for uploading
- full payment is in our account by the day of the shoot
If any of them is missing, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery, and files are ready within 3 days.
What it costs
Three packages cover photo and video together:
- Start, 990 €. 2 hours, up to 100 edited photos delivered the next day, and an edited video within 3 days of the event. Book Start
- Standard, 1800 €. 4 hours, 200+ photos delivered the same day, 1 Reel, 1 interview, raw footage, and an edited video within 3 days. Book Standard
- One day, 3100 €. 8 hours, 300–500 photos delivered throughout the day, 2 Reels, up to 3 interviews, raw footage, and an edited video within 3 days. Book One day
Photo only costs 200 € an hour, 1300 € a day or 2000 € for 2 days (book a photo day). Video only costs 250 € an hour, 1800 € a day or 3000 € for 2 days (book a video day).
Booking a crew for Lisbon from outside Portugal
Event Content Lab is registered in Prague, Czech Republic. We travel to events worldwide, and our team members live in several countries.
For a proposal, send the dates, the hours you need on site and the deliverables you want at the end. You get a coverage plan and a price within 24 hours.
To confirm, send the company name, VAT number and address for the invoice, plus a contact person with a phone number. Pay 100% in advance, or 50% to book and the other 50% by the day of the shoot. Once payment is through, we meet you at the venue.
