How fast do we get photos during SBC Summit?

It depends on the package. Start delivers photos the next day, Standard the same day, and One day throughout the day. Same-day delivery needs a seat for our team during the event, one scene at a time, the event finishing by 8 PM, a fast internet connection and payment complete on the day. If any of those is missing, photos arrive within 3 days. Edited video takes 3 days.

Can you photograph our stand before the doors open?

Yes. For Betby in 2024 we photographed the stand from the half-built shell on 22 September, two days before SBC Summit opened, and took the full team photo on day 1 before the floor filled.

Can you cover our speaker on stage as well as the stand?

Yes. In 2024 we photographed Betby's panel on the Sports Betting stage, both from the room and close up. If the stage slot overlaps something you want covered on the stand, that is two scenes at once, and same-day delivery is no longer guaranteed for that day.

Do we need to book all three days?

No. Packages are priced by time on site: Start is 2 hours for 990 €, Standard is 4 hours for 1800 €, and One day is 8 hours for 3100 €. Photo only is 2000 € and video only 3000 € for 2 days. Tell us which days you are on the floor and you get a proposal within 24 hours.

Where is SBC Summit 2026, and have you worked the show before?

The organiser lists Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL) and MEO Arena for 29 September – 1 October 2026, and the same two venues for 21–23 September 2027. We covered exhibitors at SBC Summit in Lisbon in 2024, at FIL, and again in 2025.

What exhibitors book at SBC Summit

At SBC Summit the stand does most of the work, so that is where the coverage starts. For Betby in 2024 we shot the stand from the half-built shell on 22 September to the last meeting on the closing day.

These are the shots exhibitors ask for:

The stand before the crowd. Branding, screens and lighting, photographed while the aisle is still empty.
The team photo. One frame with everybody in it, taken on day 1 before the floor fills. It is the photo that ends up everywhere afterwards, so it does not wait for the last afternoon.
Meetings and demos. Handshakes across the table, and the product on a laptop, tablet or phone. Screens photograph badly at an expo because of reflections, moving hands and mixed light, so product frames get their own time.
Speakers. If someone from your team is on a stage, we shoot the panel from the room and the speaker close up. Betby’s panel on the Sports Betting stage got both.
Activations. Whatever brings a queue to your stand. For Betby it was a caricature artist, and the queue gave us some of the warmest frames of the show.
Reels and a recap. Vertical clips for social while the show is running, and one horizontal recap of the whole expo afterwards.

When the files arrive

With the Standard package, edited photos reach you the same day. With One day, they come throughout the day, so your social team can post while the floor is still busy. Start delivers photos the next day.

At SBC Summit 2024, Betby’s photos came over during each expo day. Each day’s Reel was edited on site and went live the next morning, in time to pull people to the stand: day 1 ahead of day 2, day 2 ahead of day 3.

Same-day delivery holds when all of these are true:

Our team has a seat during the event.
We cover one scene at a time. A stage slot that overlaps a stand meeting you want covered counts as two.
The event ends by 8 PM.
There is a fast internet connection for uploading.
Payment is complete on the day: either 100% in advance, or 50% at booking and the remaining 50% on the day of the shoot.

If one of them does not hold, the files arrive within 3 days. Edited video takes 3 days in every case.

Start is for small teams with limited time on the floor. Standard is built for marketing and PR teams: same-day photos, a Reel and one interview. One day is for exhibitors with a packed agenda, with up to 3 interviews and photos coming in all day.

If you only need one of the two, event photography is 200 € an hour, 1300 € a day or 2000 € for two days. Event videography is 250 € an hour, 1800 € a day or 3000 € for two days.

Photo and video at SBC Summit 2026

SBC Summit 2026 runs from 29 September to 1 October at Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena. The organiser reports 30,000 industry professionals at the most recent edition and expects 35,000 in 2026, from betting, gaming, payments, marketing and tech.
