ICE Barcelona 2027 runs from Monday 18 to Wednesday 20 January 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via. ICE is a gaming industry exhibition organised by Clarion Gaming. The show held its last London edition in 2024, opened in Barcelona in January 2025, and runs alongside the co-located iGB Affiliate during World Gaming Week.

ICE Barcelona 2027 dates, venue and opening hours

  • Dates: 18–20 January 2027, Monday to Wednesday
  • Venue: Fira Barcelona Gran Via, Av. Joan Carles I, 64, 08908 Barcelona
  • Opening hours: the organiser’s homepage gives 10:00–18:00 CET on Monday 18 January and 10:00–16:00 CET on Wednesday 20 January, so the last day closes two hours earlier than the first

From London to Barcelona

ICE and iGB Affiliate held their last London editions in 2024, according to the organiser. ICE’s first Barcelona edition ran on 20–22 January 2025. ICE Barcelona 2026 followed on 19–21 January 2026, again at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, and the 2027 edition returns to the same venue.

How many people attend ICE Barcelona

The organiser publishes two kinds of numbers: attendance results after each edition, and rounder figures on its promotional pages. They differ, so this page keeps them apart.

ICE Barcelona 2026 attendance

For ICE Barcelona 2026, the organiser reported independently audited attendance of 51,996 visitors to ICE, up 4% on 2025, and 10,992 for the co-located iGB Affiliate, up 11%. Together, it says, a record 62,988 industry professionals from 162 nations attended World Gaming Week 2026. Visitation, which the organiser measures in visitor days, reached 120,439 across both shows, up 9% year on year.

ICE Barcelona 2025 attendance

For the first Barcelona edition in 2025, the organiser reported ICE unique attendance of 50,019, an 11% rise year on year. ICE and iGB Affiliate together recorded 59,101 attendees from 163 nations and 107,664 person days at the venue. In October 2025 the organiser wrote that the 2025 record beat the previous high of 52,345, set in 2024 at the last editions held in London. Its article of 12 March 2026 gives 2025 attendance as 59,939 instead, so the organiser’s own 2025 totals do not agree.

Advertised figures, not attendance

The organiser’s promotional pages use rounder visitor numbers. These are advertised figures, not attendance counts:

  • ICE 2026 pre-show page: 65,000+ visitors across 3 days
  • icegaming.com homepage, now promoting 2027, with no edition stated: 65,000+ visitors from 186 countries
  • World Gaming Week 2027 page: 65,000+ delegates from 190+ countries

The advertised 65,000+ visitors for ICE 2026 compares with 51,996 audited ICE visitors that year.

How many exhibitors are at ICE Barcelona

The organiser’s exhibitor and regulator numbers come from its marketing pages, not from its attendance results:

  • ICE 2026 pre-show page: 600+ global exhibitors, 300+ verified regulators and 300+ expert speakers
  • icegaming.com homepage, with no edition stated: 600+ global exhibitors and 300+ verified regulators

Read both as the organiser’s own claims, not as a verified count.

Format: ICE, iGB Affiliate and World Gaming Week

ICE and iGB Affiliate are separate shows. The organiser runs iGB Affiliate as its own brand, co-locates it with ICE and counts its attendance separately. ICE is the larger of the two: 51,996 audited visitors in 2026, against 10,992 for iGB Affiliate.

World Gaming Week is the organiser’s name for the wider week in Barcelona, which it says features ICE, iGB Affiliate and a host of special events. For 2027, the organiser lists World Gaming Week as 17–21 January 2027, although one line on its World Gaming Week page says 17–24 January. The iGB Affiliate site lists iGB Affiliate 2027 for 19–20 January 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, in Hall 8.0 and 8.1.
