The organiser’s page, affiliateworldconferences.com/europe, gave the 2026 dates as 9–10 July 2026 in its header, its meta description and its FAQ.
2025: 4–5 September
The 2025 edition ran on 4–5 September 2025. The same page, as archived on 11 August 2025, gave those dates in its header and FAQ.
From September to July
The show moved from September in 2025 to July in 2026. As of 13 September 2026, the organiser had not said which month the 2027 edition will use.
Venue and address
The 2025 and 2026 editions both took place at MTK Sportpark. The organiser’s FAQ gives the address as:

That address appears in the FAQ on the 2025 page and again on the 2026 page, where a second question, “Where is the conference venue?”, repeats it.
Format
The organiser’s page describes the two-day conference like this:
- Marketplace: access to 300+ advertisers, traffic sources and networks.
- Stages: over 20 hours of expert-level content across two stages.
The organiser’s pages repeat the same marketplace and stage figures, word for word, for both the 2025 and the 2026 edition, without saying which edition they describe.
Exhibitors and speakers
The organiser’s stats bar counts the companies by type. Both edition pages show the same figures:
- 160+ advertisers
- 60+ traffic sources
- 180+ affiliate networks
- 35+ speakers
- 110+ countries
Neither page says which edition these numbers count. On the 2025 page the bar sat next to a “2024 Recap” tile, and on the 2026 page next to a “2025 Recap” tile.
How many people attend Affiliate World Europe Budapest?
The organiser has published two different attendance figures, and it has not labelled either one as a 2026 count.
- 7,000+ in the 2025 wrap-up video. The organiser’s video on the 2025 edition, published on its YouTube channel on 1 October 2025, says: “We networked with 7,000+ like-minded marketers.”
- 7,000+ on the 2025 stats bar. The 2025 edition page showed 7,000+ attendees when it was archived on 11 August 2025. That was before the 2025 edition opened, so this figure could not count it.
- 4,000+ on the 2026 stats bar. The 2026 edition page shows 4,000+ attendees, next to its “2025 Recap” tile, and does not say which edition that figure counts.
The FAQ on both pages mentions 7,000+ as well, saying attendees can “connect and chat with over 7,000+ attendees”. None of these sources gives an attendance figure for the 2026 edition.
When is Affiliate World Europe 2027?
The organiser had not announced the 2027 dates as of 13 September 2026. On that date its Europe page said the 2027 dates were coming soon, while its header still showed 9–10 July 2026.
Earlier editions
The show has run outside Budapest. A sidebar on the organiser’s blog lists “AWeurope 2023” in Barcelona, Spain. The 2025 edition, on 4–5 September, and the 2026 edition, on 9–10 July, both ran at MTK Sportpark in Budapest.
