Is SiGMA World the same show as SiGMA Central Europe and SiGMA Europe Rome?

Yes, all three names point to SiGMA's November flagship. The organiser billed the 2025 edition at Fiera Roma, 3–6 November, as SiGMA Central Europe, while our video titles use SiGMA Europe Rome or SiGMA Rome. The 2026 edition is listed as SiGMA World, 2–5 November, at Fiera Roma again. Before Rome, in 2024, the show was SiGMA Europe in Malta.

Can short sessions work at SiGMA World instead of full days?

Yes. At SiGMA Central Europe 2025, Satchel's recap came out of two 1-hour sessions, and Payneteasy's Reel out of one-hour sessions on two separate days. Each hour on site is 200 € for photo or 250 € for video.

Can you film scripted Reels for us at SiGMA World?

Yes. For Adsterra at SiGMA Central Europe 2025 we shot three: a dance-meme recreation at their booth, a trust-fall sketch in several takes on lavalier microphones, and an attendee survey across the venue with wrong answers only. Scripts and audio tracks for Reels like these are settled with you before the show, and it helps to send examples of what you have in mind.

Will our SiGMA World photos arrive on the day they are taken?

They can. Same-day delivery at Fiera Roma works on a day when our team has somewhere to sit, we never have two scenes to cover at once, the day's programme ends by 8 PM, the internet is fast enough to upload, and payment is completed that day. If one of those is not in place, you get the files within 3 days instead.

Someone from our team is on a SiGMA stage. Can you cover that as well as the stand?

Yes. Satchel's recap from SiGMA Central Europe 2025 covers the conference as well as its booth, and the stage photos on this page were taken at SiGMA Stage 3. Give us the slot time when you book. If the talk runs while something on your stand also needs covering, that counts as two scenes, and same-day delivery for that day stops being something we can guarantee.

SiGMA Rome, SiGMA Central Europe, SiGMA World: one show

SiGMA’s November flagship has had a different name in each of the last three years. In 2024 it was SiGMA Europe, held in Malta. In 2025 it moved to Fiera Roma as SiGMA Central Europe, from 3 to 6 November, and the organiser called it SiGMA’s first event in Rome. Our video titles from that edition call it SiGMA Europe Rome or SiGMA Rome. For 2026 the organiser lists the same show at Fiera Roma as SiGMA World, from 2 to 5 November.

So if you searched for SiGMA Rome, SiGMA Europe Rome or SiGMA World, you are in the right place. The organiser now uses the SiGMA Europe name for a separate show in Malta.

The floor at Fiera Roma

The organiser reported a record turnout of 30,000 at SiGMA Central Europe 2025. For SiGMA World 2026 it lists 1,200+ sponsors and exhibitors, 5 conference stages with 550 speakers, and 100,000 sqm at Fiera Roma.

On a floor that size, your stand and your stage slot are two separate places with two separate schedules. If someone from your team is speaking, plan the stage as its own part of the coverage, not something to catch on the way past.

What we filmed at SiGMA Central Europe 2025

Satchel. Two focused 1-hour sessions covering the booth and the conference, cut into a 77-second recap. While we were there, we also recorded an interview with the Satchel team that had not been planned.

Payneteasy. Two days on the floor. A 76-second horizontal recap with short on-the-spot interviews with the team, and a separate 33-second vertical Reel from one-hour sessions on each day, built from different footage than the recap. The selfie and high-five photos on this page were taken at the Payneteasy stand.

Slotegrator. An 80-second recap shot in short segments on all three exhibition days: visitors at the booth, partner meetings, live product presentations, branded merchandise, an interview on the stand, and Fiera Roma inside and out. The two portraits on this page were taken at the Slotegrator stand, one beside a red car lettered “Slotegrator in Italy”.

Adsterra. A highlight Reel filmed in one day, following the client’s detailed brief, and three scripted Reels: the team recreating a trending dance meme at their booth, a trust-fall sketch shot in several takes with lavalier microphones, and a survey across the venue where attendees give wrong answers only. The stage photos show Adsterra’s speaker on the Ad Formats Unleashed panel on SiGMA Stage 3.

What exhibitors book at SiGMA Rome

Put those four jobs side by side and a pattern shows:

Short sessions. Satchel’s recap came from two 1-hour sessions, and Payneteasy’s Reel from an hour a day.
Every exhibition day, in short bursts, when the recap should cover the whole event. That is how we covered Slotegrator.
Interviews. The Satchel and Payneteasy recaps include the team talking on camera, and Slotegrator’s includes an interview on the stand.
A horizontal recap and a vertical Reel. Payneteasy got both, from separate footage, so the Reel is not a crop of the recap.
Scripted social content. Adsterra came with a brief.
The conference as well as the stand. Satchel’s two sessions covered both.
